Maths Morning that turned into Maths Day!!!

On Tuesday, Fieldhead Carr Primary School had a Maths Morning where 2 classes joined together to do some practical maths activities. Year 3 joined with Year 6 and together we made Maths Board Games. Both classes worked together very cooperatively, produced some super games and had a thoroughly enjoyable day. Below is a slide show of the pictures taken during the day;


Castles!!!!!

Last week we spent an afternoon making our own castles out of bits and bats that we had collected. We had a fantasticly messy time and then did a great job of tidying it all up, here are the finished products;
