Today That Poetry Bloke (Craig Bradley) came into school to work with all of us, he was absolutely hilarious and we enjoyed every minute we were with him. He helped us to make some fantastically silly poetry and laugh out loud. Here are some photos of our workshop;

This weeks gold book;
Ayisha
Ayisha gives 100% into everything she does,she always tries her best and sets a good example.

Katie
Katie is an absolute pleasure to teach, she joins in class discussions and wants to succeed, a real golden girl!

Purple Mash

Purple Mash was launched in school on Monday, we had a fab session "playing" and investigating all the activities, everyone in school was given a username and password so you can log on at school and home, so please get MASHING!! Click here to get to the log in page.

Gold Book (5/7/12)

Year 3 Golden Book Children; Callum Callum is a mature boy, who does the right thing, wants to succeed and who always gives 100%, keep it up!   Dougie I have put Dougie in the Gold Book this week because of his fantastic learning log homework, he used his imagination, showed some super ICT skills and put a lot of time and effort into his finished story book, well done!

Jessica is a polite girl, who always tries her best and who always wants to achieve high. Keep it up!

Google Maps Work

This week we have been doing some Geography, we have been looking at castles on Google Maps, it was a super lesson because it allowed us to look at castles that we otherwise wouldn't see because we live too far away. Have a go yourself, drop the little yellow man onto a castle location and have a nosey! We saw battlements, curtain walls even a dungeon!
